Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and operational excellence of all food and beverage services across Azusa Hotels & Apartments. This role demands a visionary leader adept at managing costs, driving revenue, and ensuring superior guest satisfaction through innovative menus, efficient operations, and a consistently high standard of quality.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies to align with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Oversee menu planning, creation, and costing, ensuring profitability and appeal.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and quality.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures for food and beverage preparation and service.
- Train, motivate, and manage F&B staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitoring financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continuously innovate and enhance offerings.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
