Job Overview
The Fleet Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of MacTay Consulting's vehicle fleet. This role is crucial for ensuring our fleet supports our business operations seamlessly and sustainably.Key Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and driver behavior.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategies for fleet optimization and resource allocation.
- Manage and track vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet status, performance, and financial implications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian road networks and logistics challenges is a plus.
