Job Overview
The Fire Fighter Supervisor will lead and manage the fire fighting team, overseeing all aspects of fire prevention, detection, and emergency response within the SHIN facility. This position requires a proactive approach to safety, strong leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the activities of the fire fighting team.
- Develop and implement fire prevention and control strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire fighting equipment and systems.
- Lead emergency response operations during fire incidents.
- Train and mentor fire fighting personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fire Fighter Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within an industrial setting.
- Certification in fire fighting and emergency response.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
