Job Overview
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial operations of Fort Knox Group in Nigeria, ensuring fiscal health, strategic financial planning, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires a proactive and analytical individual capable of managing complex financial data and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with all Nigerian financial laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee internal controls and financial risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within the security or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations and tax laws.
