Job Overview
The Finance & Compliance Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity and regulatory adherence of CPWEI's operations. This role involves managing financial records, supporting budget management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and donor requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Support the development and monitoring of organizational budgets.
- Process financial transactions, including payments and reimbursements, in accordance with organizational policies.
- Assist with financial reporting to management and donors.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial management and compliance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
