Job Overview
The Filling Station Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers at our fuel stations, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of petroleum products. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs.
- Operate fuel pumps safely and accurately, adhering to all company procedures.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the forecourt, service bays, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or potential issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Junior Secondary Certificate (JSC) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to handle cash and perform basic calculations.
