Job Overview
You will be responsible for promoting and selling Beem Farm Foods' smoked protein products across assigned territories, managing both wholesale and retail channels. This is a field-based position requiring consistent market engagement, customer relationship management, and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers in retail outlets, restaurants, hotels, and households
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B and B2C clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits and quality assurance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Ensure proper product handling and storage compliance at distribution points
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in FMCG or food distribution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
