Job Overview
The Field Operator III will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of process equipment and systems within our field operations. This position requires a deep understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and a commitment to maintaining operational integrity.Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various process units and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any significant equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of operational activities and production data.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Participate in emergency response drills and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Field Operator in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot complex process equipment.
- Strong understanding of process safety management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work offshore/in remote locations.
