Job Overview
The Field Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and customer equipment at various client locations across Nigeria. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of our internet services and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure network equipment, including routers, modems, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity and network performance.

- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with various types of network hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
