- * Assist in the planning, planting, and harvesting of various crops according to established schedules and best agricultural practices. * Perform routine maintenance and operation of farm machinery, equipment, and irrigation systems, ensuring they are in good working order. * Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and implement appropriate control measures under the guidance of agricultural specialists. * Contribute to livestock management, including feeding, watering, health monitoring, and maintaining clean living conditions. * Participate in data collection and record-keeping related to planting, yields, livestock, and operational costs. * Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures on the farm to ensure a secure working environment. * Assist in the preparation of land for cultivation, including tilling, fertilizing, and soil amendment. * Support the implementation of new agricultural technologies and innovative farming methods as directed.
Requirements
