Job Overview
The Executive Protection Operations & Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of executive protection operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our clients. Simultaneously, this role will drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic vision and profitability of Versatile Security Limited.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive executive protection strategies and protocols.
- Manage and lead executive protection teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards.
- Conduct threat assessments, risk analysis, and provide expert security advice to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the executive protection sector and related security services.

- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Oversee budget management for the executive protection division.

Requirements
