Job Overview
This position is designed for an individual with exceptional administrative capabilities and a keen understanding of business operations. The Executive Associate will be a key point of contact, managing diverse tasks that facilitate the Executive Director’s strategic objectives and contribute to House of Pope’s overall success.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director and other stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive support or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
