Job Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to key executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Manage and organise physical and digital filing systems.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other staff, clients, and partners.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
