- * **Strategic Calendar Management:** Expertly manage the CEO's complex and demanding schedule, prioritizing engagements, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and ensuring efficient use of their time. * **Communication Orchestration:** Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, drafting professional communications, and ensuring timely responses. * **Meeting Preparation & Follow-up:** Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials, take accurate minutes, and diligently track action items for all executive meetings. * **Travel Coordination:** Seamlessly arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries, ensuring a stress-free experience for the CEO. * **Information Management:** Maintain confidential files and records, organize and retrieve information efficiently, and ensure data integrity and accessibility. * **Project Support:** Assist the CEO with ad-hoc projects, research, and presentations, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements. * **Stakeholder Liaison:** Foster and maintain strong relationships with key internal departments and external partners, acting as a trusted liaison. * **Expense Management:** Accurately track and process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner, adhering to company policies.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a corporate setting. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management or CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. * A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. * Discretion and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
