Job Overview
The Events & Activations Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a diverse range of events and promotional activities within Banex Mall. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve marketing and business objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events and activations calendar aligned with the mall's strategic goals.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Create engaging and unique mall activations to drive foot traffic and enhance customer experience.
- Liaise with tenants to foster collaborative events and promotions.
- Coordinate marketing and PR efforts for all events and activations.
- Monitor and analyze the success of events and activations, providing post-event reports.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and mall policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management and/or activations, preferably within the retail or mall environment.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
