- * Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of all company-owned and leased properties, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition. * Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or potential liabilities, and coordinate timely repairs. * Manage lease agreements, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease renewals, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Develop and implement strategic plans for property development, renovations, and upgrades to enhance asset value and functionality. * Prepare and manage property budgets, including forecasting expenses for maintenance, repairs, utilities, and capital improvements. * Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the quality of work delivered. * Ensure all properties comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards. * Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance logs, financial transactions, and legal documents. * Identify opportunities for property acquisition or disposal that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
