Job Overview
The Estate Management Personnel will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of our real estate portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and asset value preservation. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in property management.Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of assigned properties.
- Coordinating with tenants, contractors, and other service providers.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant property regulations and standards.
- Managing property budgets and financial reporting.
- Handling tenant relations, including lease administration and dispute resolution.
- Conducting regular property inspections and implementing necessary repairs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria.
