Job Overview
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting enterprise clients across Nigeria. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications market, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with C-suite executives.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed sales targets within the enterprise segment.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective enterprise clients.
- Manage and nurture existing enterprise client relationships to foster loyalty and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Understand client business needs and effectively position eStream Networks' comprehensive suite of communication solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales within the Nigerian telecommunications or IT sector.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IP-based communication services (data, voice, VSAT, Fiber, MPLS).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
