Job Overview
The Energy Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing energy-saving strategies across our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field, with a strong focus on energy management and sustainability * Proven experience in energy management, preferably in a non-profit or similar organization, with a demonstrated track record of success * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong knowledge of energy management principles, including energy auditing, energy efficiency, and renewable energy systems * Familiarity with energy management software and tools, as well as data analysis and reporting techniques * Certification in energy management, such as CEM or CEPE, is highly desirable * Ability to work in a remote environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
