Fellows are expected to commit fully to all programme components, including:

  • Participation in the virtual onboarding session in March 2026
  • Active engagement in learning sessions, mentorship and coaching, capstone projects, and thought leadership activities from March to November 2026
  • Attendance at three in-person immersion sessions:
    • May 2026 in Kigali
    • August 2026 in Nigeria
    • Late October or early November 2026 (location to be announced)
  • Personal funding of travel costs for in-person immersives, with limited scholarships available
  • Active participation in cohort discussions and alumni community activities
