Job Overview
As a Domestic Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our caregiver recruits. You will ensure all trainees meet Whip-Smart's exacting standards before deployment to clients, combining technical expertise with mentorship to build a competent, professional workforce.
Key Responsibilities
