The Distributor Partner Specialist will play a crucial role in cultivating and strengthening relationships with our vital network of distributors across Nigeria. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance distributor engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor distributor performance against set KPIs and provide support for improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Red Bull, Great Brands Nigeria, and our distribution partners.
- Identify and address challenges within the distribution network.
- Support the negotiation and onboarding of new distributor partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or partnership management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
