Job Overview
The Distributor Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors to represent African Naturalistas products throughout Nigeria. This role requires a strategic approach to market penetration and relationship building to ensure widespread availability of our natural hair solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new distributors in target markets across Nigeria.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage prospective distribution partners.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial assessments of potential distributors.
- Negotiate and finalize distribution agreements.
- Onboard and train new distributors on product lines, brand standards, and sales strategies.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with distributors to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support for sales growth.
Requirements
