Job Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance ARM Hold Co.'s market position and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate business objectives into impactful brand campaigns and initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, and BTL activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Corporate Communications) to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver creative and effective brand assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior.
