Job Overview
The Director of Works & Physical Planning will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all university construction, renovation, maintenance, and groundskeeping activities. - Develop and implement long-term physical development plans for the university.
- Oversee all construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets, tender processes, and contractor engagements.
- Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all university facilities and grounds.
- Champion sustainability initiatives within physical planning and operations.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
