Job Overview
The Director of Finance and Administration will manage all financial and administrative functions for the Nigeria-based health system strengthening program. This role ensures compliance with CDC and donor requirements while maintaining transparency and accountability across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budget development, management, and monitoring for the CDC-funded activity
- Ensure compliance with CDC regulations, USAID standards, and organizational policies
- Supervise accounting, payroll, and financial reporting functions
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships
- Lead human resources and administrative operations
- Conduct internal audits and prepare financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience managing budgets for international development programs
- Proven experience with CDC or USAID-funded activities
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
