Job Overview
The Deputy General Manager, Center and Regional Operations (CRO) will oversee and optimize all aspects of GIG Mobility's operational centers and regional networks. This position requires strategic leadership, a deep understanding of logistical operations, and the ability to foster high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in scaling our operations and maintaining our commitment to redefining mobility across Africa.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality across all regions.
- Manage and mentor regional operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Oversee the performance of operational centers, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the operations.
