Job Overview

- * Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to attract new individual and business customers for savings, current, and fixed deposit accounts. * Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including community outreach, business partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns. * Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized financial advice. * Educate customers on the benefits and features of Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank's diverse deposit products, tailoring solutions to meet their unique financial needs. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt deposit mobilization strategies accordingly. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing deposit inflows. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to deposit taking and customer onboarding. * Achieve and exceed set targets for deposit growth and customer acquisition.
Requirements
