Job Overview
The Customer Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing expert technical guidance and architectural design for Supabase implementations. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and Supabase’s capabilities, driving adoption and fostering long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions leveraging the Supabase platform.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices for database, authentication, storage, and other Supabase services.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges faced by customers.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and backend-as-a-service (BaaS) platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go).
- Experience with API design and integration.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
