Job Overview
Domeo Resources International is seeking to onboard a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Services Personnel. - * Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via email, phone, and our internal ticketing system. * Provide accurate and comprehensive information about DRI's HR and Management Consultancy solutions. * Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with a patient and empathetic approach, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. * Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions within our CRM system. * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest process improvements. * Assist with onboarding new clients, guiding them through initial setup and providing necessary documentation. * Gather client feedback and contribute to reports on customer satisfaction and common issues. * Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure a unified and exceptional client experience.
Requirements
