Job Overview
The CS OTC Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle. This includes order processing, credit management, invoicing, and collections, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer accounts and credit limits.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
- Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain customer records and generate relevant reports.
Requirements
- A good first BSc Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar order-to-cash or customer service role.
- Proficiency in relevant ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
