Job Overview
The Credit Control Officer will be responsible for managing and optimising the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and mitigating credit risk. - Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve outstanding queries and disputes.
- Implement and adhere to credit control policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.
- Identify and escalate potential credit risks to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
