Job Overview
The Creche Attendant will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and positive daily experience of children aged 6 months to 2 years within our creche. This position requires a compassionate, energetic, and responsible individual committed to providing a stimulating and caring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all children in the creche at all times.
- Assist with daily routines, including feeding, nappy changes, and nap times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic creche environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and well-being.
- Support and implement Twinkly Tots' educational philosophy.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with infants and toddlers is highly desirable.
- A genuine love for children and a patient, nurturing disposition.
- Basic knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian childcare landscape is a plus.
