Job Overview

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on kiln operations, coal utilization, and alternative fuel integration.
- Provide on-site coaching and technical support to plant operators and engineers to improve kiln performance and fuel efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze kiln performance data, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and environmental standards during kiln operations and training.
- Develop and maintain training materials, operational manuals, and best practice guides.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operational teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kiln operations, specifically within the cement industry.
- Expertise in coal combustion and practical knowledge of alternative fuel applications in kilns.
- Strong understanding of kiln chemistry, process control, and optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective technical training programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field environment.
- Relevant degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
