Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) to join our team at Krystal Medical Centre. As a CHEW, you will play a vital role in promoting health education, disease prevention, and community outreach programs that aim to improve the overall health and well-being of our clients. Requirements
- * Diploma or degree in Community Health, Nursing, or a related field * Proven experience working as a Community Health Extension Worker or in a related role * Strong knowledge of community health principles, disease prevention, and health promotion * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations * Familiarity with electronic health records and other healthcare software applications
