Job Overview

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in communication, knowledge management, and/or learning facilitation within the development sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Familiarity with participatory approaches to learning and communication.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
