Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Africa Energy Bank's strategic vision and business plan
- Build and manage a high-performing executive team and organizational structure

Requirements
- 15+ years of senior management experience in banking, finance, or energy sectors
- Proven track record establishing and leading financial institutions
- Deep understanding of African energy markets and development challenges
- Strong knowledge of project finance and infrastructure financing
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional African languages preferred
