Job Overview
ACO Nigeria is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Channel Sales Representative to drive the expansion of our solar energy solutions across Nigeria. This role is pivotal in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel stakeholders, fostering business growth, and ensuring ACO Nigeria's premier solar offerings reach a wider audience.Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including installers, distributors, and resellers.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets for solar products and solutions.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and training.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive landscapes within the solar sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless partner experience.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partner networks.
- Excellent understanding of the Nigerian solar market and its unique dynamics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
