Job Overview
The Cafe and Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office’s cafe and front desk area. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office cafe, ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and presentation are consistently high.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments.
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage mail, courier services, and deliveries.
