Job Overview
The Business Relationship Officer will be instrumental in cultivating and strengthening relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting UP®'s comprehensive suite of payment solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape in Nigeria.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Identify client needs and proactively propose relevant UP® products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and drive adoption of UP® solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of payment systems and financial technology trends in Nigeria.
