Job Overview
The Business Relationship Manager (Rivers) will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships with key clients. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of Moniepoint business clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Moniepoint's suite of products and services.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to client relationships.

Requirements
