Job Overview
The Business Development Representative/Manager will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Nigerian market, specifically targeting Chinese enterprises. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the local business landscape and the ability to build and maintain robust client relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, particularly Chinese enterprises operating or investing in Nigeria.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of Runlink's AI HR Platform and talent placement services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business objectives.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the HR tech or recruitment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
