About the Future Talent Programme

The Future Talent Programme is a structured trainee programme within Tetra Pak that offers a permanent position starting in September 2026.

You will take part in an individually designed 18-month development programme, tailored to a specific role and integrated into the wider Tetra Pak organization.

Throughout the programme, you will participate in formal training sessions and job rotations across various functions, giving you the opportunity to explore your strengths, grow professionally, and gain a deep understanding of our global business.

Although you will be based in Lagos, Nigeria, you will work in a global environment and collaborate with colleagues across different regions of the world.
