Job Overview
As a Business Ambassador, you will be instrumental in expanding Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited's reach and reputation. You will act as a key point of contact, fostering relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth within our target markets. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our company's offerings, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ibeju-Lekki axis and other designated areas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, investors, and partners.
- Effectively communicate Pazino's value proposition, project portfolio, and unique selling points.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client presentations.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed business development targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of the real estate and construction industry in Nigeria, with a preference for knowledge of the Ibeju-Lekki area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
