Job Overview
Brightspring Health Services seeks a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Nigeria. As a BCBA, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals facing developmental and behavioral challenges, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborating with families and other stakeholders to ensure consistent care.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
