Job Overview
The Bid and Tender Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all bid and tender opportunities, ensuring HIL's competitive advantage and maximizing win rates within the oil and gas sector. This role requires a meticulous approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement winning bid strategies.
- Manage the entire bid lifecycle from identification to submission and post-submission follow-up.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, and legal teams to gather accurate information.
- Prepare compelling and compliant tender documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of tender requirements.
- Maintain a database of all submitted bids and their outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Bid and Tender Manager in the oil and gas industry.
