Job Overview
The Aviation Dispatcher Level 3 will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of all flight operations. This position requires a proactive approach to managing flight schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating effectively with flight crews, operational staff, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations within a demanding environment.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage flight schedules, optimizing aircraft utilization and crew assignments.
- Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and air traffic control communications to ensure safe and on-time operations.
- Coordinate with ground handling, maintenance, and support services to facilitate smooth aircraft movements.
- Prepare and disseminate operational flight plans, ensuring all necessary clearances and documentation are in order.

- Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation dispatch, with a proven track record in a similar operational capacity.
