Job Overview
The Audit Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a variety of audits to assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. This role is crucial in safeguarding Konga's assets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Identify risks and vulnerabilities within business processes and systems.
- Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, irregularities, or policy violations.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable audit reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in internal or external audit, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, standards, and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
