Job Overview
The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the deal execution and portfolio management functions within Invictus Holdings Group's private equity and investment banking operations. - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment and M&A opportunities.
- Develop detailed financial models, including LBO models, DCF analyses, and comparable company analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memos, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Support the transaction process from origination through closing, including coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
