- * Supervise and actively participate in the installation of security doors, access control systems, and home surveillance equipment at various project sites. * Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements, material needs, and potential challenges. * Develop and manage installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects within allocated budgets. * Lead and mentor installation teams, providing clear direction, technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company protocols during installation processes. * Conduct quality control checks to verify the integrity and functionality of all installed systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during installations. * Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, material logs, and completion certificates. * Liaise with clients to provide updates on installation progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. * Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in site supervision, project management, or installation of security systems, construction materials, or similar technical equipment. * Strong understanding of installation methodologies, tools, and best practices for security doors and electronic surveillance systems. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. * Proficiency in problem-solving and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving site-specific issues. * Willingness to travel within Lagos and surrounding areas as required by project demands.
